Try using a cleaner for calcium build up or limescale! If you have a spare bottle of cola, pour it into the toilet before retiring for the night. Leave for 8 hrs then flush!

I'd sprinkle in about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of baking soda followed by about 1 cup of vinegar then let that sit for about 1/2 hour - more or less. Brush it around the bowl, let it sit longer if necessary then flush, brush and flush again. I hope this helps. Wishing you the best.
