Step 1: Create a hexagon shape on a piece of paper (Canva) then print it out and cut the hexagon.

Step 2: Use the printed hexagon and trace the shape on the cork board.

Step 3: Using the clear ruler again and a handy rotary tool, cut out the hexagons on a cutting mat.

Step 4: Using painters tape, block off certain areas of the memo boards and start painting with a foam paint brush.

Step 5: Once the 1st color paint is completely dry, add more tape to finish the color blocking in a 2nd color.

Step 6 (Optional): Add marble contact paper for a fun little touch to these DIY hexagon cork memo boards.

Step 7: Hang easy DIY hexagon cork memo boards. Use Velco Command strips to hang the cork memo boards.

    Beautiful, imaginative project!

Plus, I can paint and decorate to suit my decor and style. You should make everyone who comments include a picture of their personalized creation!

What kind of paint would you recommend so it doesn't flake off after numerous pokes with push pins or staples?
