How do I get rid of beetles that are on young trees?

Hi, I’m sure the answer is on here somewhere but I can’t find it. We just noticed that we a ton of beetles on our new non-bearing young fruit trees (flowering cherry & pear) that were just planted recently. I live in a heavy wooded area and wanted to try to put some color in the back of our yard. We have every type of bug and animal that I’m am battling. They are young so I would like to try something that is not very harsh.any help appreciated :)

Every morning and evening use a stick and drop them in a bowl of soapy water. The beetles will drown.
Sorry to hear this. But you can't beat the wooded area... So, if wrapping them in netting is out of the question, it sounds like a losing battle.
