How do I fix vertical blinds that are stuck?

My vertical blinds are stuck and won't move at all or won't change from right to left moving.

Check to see if your strings are caught on the top edge of the blind nearest the pull string. Mine get caught now and then. Second, check to see if the pull string is caught on any of the vertical blinds or the little plastic things on the top of the blinds may be caught or turned sideways. ..I have not had that happen but could, I guess. Third, check to see if the pull string has broken. Not sure if you can restring the vertical blinds or not.

Check to see if the cord broke that pulls then if not the cord maybe the wheel broke
