You can get a hose attachment at most home improvement stores that will turn your hose into a power wash all by itself and take most if not all of, OR you could rent a power scrubber for a half day and get it clean too. Power washing is the best/easiest way to clean it.

Just dish soap a scrub brush on a stick scrub it then hose it
