How do I clean solar glass on an ornament?

I have a solar lawn ornament. The glass covering the solar panel is cloudy & yellowish. This makes charging impossible. How do I clean this glass without damaging it? Help please!

This should do the trick.

Wipe loose dust and debris away with a dry, soft cloth.
Dip a cloth or sponge in slightly soapy water, wring out most of the moisture and wipe the plastic down again.
Rinse the cloth or sponge and wipe the plastic again. Allow the plastic to air-dry, or pat it dry with another cloth.

Hi ! I asked the same question a few months ago ! I had several answers with some good ideas . There was a link to a YouTube tutorial on methods to repair them . They involved sanding with fine grit sandpaper and wiping with alcohol & repeating. Another person suggested to cover the solar panel with a clear coat when it is new. Another suggested cleaning the solar panels with a mild detergent and wiping them dry every couple of weeks. Good luck !
