How do I get rid of moths?

recently I have been seeing a lot of moths in my kitchen. I cleaned out all my cupboards and sprayed with vinegar but there is still a problem

You have pantry moths. It's a BIG job. My kitchen is tiny compared to most, and it took me 3 solid days to empty, clean wash and replace everything. Plus I easily lost $500 in food.

Mine came in dog food that I ordered on line. That was my last on line purchase.
So so sorry, but at least no you know what you are up against.
So sorry to hear that Michele, we had an infestation of them last year. So frustrating and had to throw everything that wasn’t canned or in a sealed container out and completely clean and wipe every surface. We also bought sticky moth traps. Apparently, they have some kind of pheromone inside that attracts the moths and then they get stuck. We’ve also hung bay leaves in our pantry (my Mom’s advice) and that seems to work. They haven’t been back this year.
