Tamarisk is the official name or a burning bush. I have one in my backyard and it's blooming and gorgeous.

I would say it looks like a butterfly bush that has not been groomed, or butterfly tree?
That is a Tamarisk tree. It is not a smoke tree or a burning bush... it is a Tamarisk.
