Can you give me the measurements for making the DIY cleaning wipes?

How much do I need in order making the cleaning wipes made with a roll of paper towels, a lg. pitcher using vinegar, dish soap and tea tree oil. this sounds great but do not know the amounts for the mixture. Please help if you can.
