A reverse google image search gave me the result that it is a weed.

  This plant if probably a member of the Night Shade family of plants. Do NOT eat this plant until properly identified. Does the stem seem to have small/tiny spines or needles? If so, it is very probably an un-desirable weed.

It looks similar to Chenopodium album (Fat Hen, Lambs Quarters, White Goosefoot) which is an edible weed but please be sure of identification before eating :)
