Garden lizards are always making holes in my yard, they are a constant trouble. Pictures show what it looks like now, and how it was before.
You have to somehow make it an undesirable pastime.
Need to talk to a trainer. May only take a few visits.

I have 6 dogs in my yard daily. 11 here yesterday for the holiday bbq. None dig. Took time to train them, but you will be so glad you did.
