Sprinkle baking soda on the carpets, it will absorb the smell.
Cleaning everything well and baking soda can help absorb odors. I also recommend getting some zeolite rocks which absorb and clean the air. You can place some bowls in the car and allow it to sit. Here is some more info: https://chemistrycachet.com/most-effective-way-to-eliminate-pet-odor/
I would leave the windows open and air it out and then use some of these other tips!
