How can I afix temporary blinds without drilling holes?

I don’t want to drill any holes in my window trim. Right now I have temporary shades. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make them “permanent”. ie so I can lift them up and down etc. once they stretch out the cover the entire window. I have been using clips but want to know if anyone has a better idea.

Could you use some velcro (if it would hold)?
Double stick foam tape.
Doublestick foam tape or velcrow with the adhesive back can damage the wood s paint job and be worse than a nail or screw hole that is easily patched and touched up.
