How can I paint over linoleum tiles?
Some time in the past a previous tenant lined the entire bathroom walls with a covering that looks like dark beige linoleum tiles. Can I safely paint them with some kind of paint? Leaving a horrible bathroom with dingey dilapidated walls.

Sounds awful. Good luck and have some fun making your bathroom pretty.
Yes you can. Prep will make it adhere better and a clear sealer will protect your finish. I like paint and sealer intended for floors.
