How can I paint a stucco wall?

I have a stucco wall that separates our home from the road. (We are in a dead end) iys drab and dreary. What eoikd you suggest

My first thought is to paint it and maybe add some plants/flowers in front of it.
You could paint it white or a pretty color and put a flower garden in front of it, if there is room. Or you can train vines to grow on it. Or maybe place large decorative pots with plantings in them on top of the wall.
Ann is right but first make sure it has been cleaned to enable new paint to adhere
Concrete stain if it gets wet a lot.
It can be any colors you want and can make flowers, Ivy, bamboo, whatever pattern you can “paint” or spray.
