What kind of cushions can I use for PVC outdoor patio chairs?

They want ridiculous amount of money to replace cushions. They make it so you have to go back to the company. I want to make it so I can get any cushions and not have to take them back for them to do it.
I think you could use a really durable canvas fabric and make your own seats. I found this post that is similar. http://www.modhomeec.com/2011/06/28/make-an-anthropologie-inspired-beach-chair/ If you don't have a way to sew then have a friend help you that knows how. LOL! You could find some really fun fabrics I am sure.
