Pour 1/4 cup of Borax into the toilet bowl and swish it around with a toilet brush.
Add 1 cup of vinegar and allow the mixture to sit in the bowl for about 20 minutes.
Finish by scrubbing the bowl with a toilet brush to removethe stains. Flush the toilet to rinse.
Yes, all the ideas mentioned above do work, but think of the cost and man hours your going to use up over time? A soft water system can free up time and will also expand the life of washing machines, dish washers and pumps that are effected by hard water.
