Homax makes a spray in an orange peel texture that can be found here: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Homax-20-oz-Wall-Orange-Peel-Low-Odor-Water-Based-Spray-Texture-4092-06/100154309 It is for walls and is paintable. I hope this helps!
Have you got orange peel texture or do you want to have orange peel texture? Or do you want to paint OP texture? Orange peel sounds almost flatish so for painting a roller with a short nap will work beautifully. If you have some other texture please post a photo with your question, as well as more details.

If its really textured, use a thick knap roller, the packages will tell you if that roller is for deep texture. I also like to use 1/2" scored foam roller as it doesn't use as much paint.
