How do I set a retractable single clothes line?
I want to mount retractable clothes line on the house, put a single pole in the ground, and extend line to pole. I just want one clothesline, not a t-pole, or multiple lines. What do I use on the pole to hook the line to? Keep it simple.

Hi, Cary Ann!
I would think a large hook found at the hardware store like this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-3-3-4-in-Steel-Screw-In-Plant-Hook-01212/202305418 would work. I hope this helps!
What comes to my mind is to use a small section of PVC pipe, pounded into the ground (as if you're creating a watering hole for a tree). Then find a sturdy piece of wood from your local hardware store. Put the wood into the pipe and stretch your line accross. When you're done, put away the piece of wood and enjoy you're yard!
You’re welcome!
