I would try a magic eraser, that worked to get some grease off the inside of my car doors.

Spray Nine is a degreaser and can be used for walls or garage floors.

Magic Eraser was my first thought. In case that doesn't work, boost with a cleaner. You might try using white toothpaste which will also help to "buff" the lights. If you need to use a degreaser, be careful to make sure you don't get it on the car finish. Spray on the eraser and then to the lights.
