How can I get rid of different types of ants that are in my house?

Get rid of pesky ants. They come in from everywhere, they are big, small, red and black, sugar and? Borax mix barely put a dent.. This is about a 1000 sq ft. home, mostly in and around stove, fridge etc, and bathroom, ty. Anthony

Believe it or not. Windex is one of the most amazing ways to rid the ant problem. Just spray where they are let dry to make them

Buy small ant traps from a shop like Walmart and hide them in places where the ants make their entry into the home. Use Pinesol or other strong smelling cleaner in a squeeze bottle – apply this under each door threshold outdoors. For instance. We apply it under out sliding glass door on the deck. That's where they usually sneak in here. If they make it into the house, we have the traps hidden behind the dish drainer and blender. They will take the bait back to their colonies and reduce the population.
