I painted my cabinets yellow but after awhile the paint rubbed off do you have any suggestions.

Rub it with waxed paper. Works like a charm!!

A coat of paste wax can also be applied to the areas that are sticking. I hope this helps!
Candle wax works as well and something we all have at hand.
