If referring to cultured marble that has a sink integrated into the top your best choice is epoxy paint kits made for countertops sold at home depot. Your biggest issue is in a heavy use area like a bathroom sink it could scratch then peel.

I have marble floors and they are a pain, but I would never try to paint them I think it would give me so much more trouble. I go with Nooooo.
