How do I keep deer out of my garden?

They jump over a fence that i have since covered the area with additional fencing. But they are enjoying my tomatoe plants and sunflower plants.

Do you have a male friend? Sounds gross, but have him urinate on the fence border around the garden. Also, get a Wrist Rocket sling shot at Wal-Mart sporting goods. Use gravel as ammo, not the steel shot that comes with it. Have you tried stringing sleigh bells on the fence...anything that makes noise.

Liquid Fence smells horrible but works. You can also add deer resistant plants, human hair, or shredded Irish Spring bar soap.
