How do I make a glued lace window covering?
I saw a DYI window covering using lace and water/corn starch glue. I don't remember all the steps. Could you help? Thank you.

Hi San. I'm Cindy. Soak the lace in a solution of dry laundry starch and water. Make sure the lace is completely covered. Lift the lace out of the starch solution and lightly wring it out but leave it wet. Place the lace on the window and smooth it out. The lace will constrict a bit as it dries. When you're ready to remove the lace, just give it a tug and the entire thing will pull right off. You can also use this method on walls. It works great for renters who don't want to make any holes in the walls. Good luck San.
