IDK... by the time you buy all of the necessary repair glues, you may as well just buy a new cup! ....or glue ti with super glue and use as decor.
Here is a dishwasher safe method: https://www.glueandglitter.com/how-to-fix-a-broken-coffee-cup/
If the handle you can use, clear, gorilla glue or E6000. If in the body of cup, no can do if you wish to use it. You can glue back for decoration.
If you love this cracked cup, find a new way to use it instead of going through all the trouble and expense to fix it. If it can still hold liquid, place fresh flowers in it and place in a spot where you can enjoy it. If it does not hold water, then get a piece of flower foam and place some silk flowers in it. Add a piece of eucalyptus in it for a natural room refresher.
If it's in an area where the liquids will be then I don't think there's a way to repair it short of having it reglazed and fired where bacterial won't build up in the crack.
