I've seen it done with sticker backsplash tile and stenciling. Both looks looks great!
Hi Phyllis, there are tiles that come in sheets that are in herringbone patterns. There is still some cutting involved, but it's much easier to install than putting the individual tiles down. Also, there are stick tiles in that pattern as well. There are a lot of choices at big box stores, like Home Depot and Lowe's.
