How do I fold plastic bags to fit in DIY bag dispenser?

I saw a DIY plastic bag dispenser made from a 2 liter soda plastic bottle. How do i put the plastic bags inside, such that upon pulling out one bag automatically brings a portion of the next one out, just like how tissue paper dispenser works. Thanks
