If you want the drawers to be on glides, then you’ll have to have a frame or box in which to install the glides.
What are the drawers sliding on now? Try to re-purpose that mechanism(s).

You can also install wheels on the bottom of the drawers or build a "box" with wheels where you can fit the drawers inside. Here are some examples. Wishing you the best.

You could get the draws that have wheels under them
The cheapest way to buy a set of 4 casters is to buy a furniture dolly for $6 at Harbor Freight.
You can either screw the entire dolly to the drawer bottom or unbolt the casters & through bolt them to the drawer bottom with over sized washers.
