Easy Fabric Fall Pumpkins
It is so hot here in Arizona, so in attempt to beat the heat, and dreaming of cooler days, I started on my Fall decor. Check out these sweet fabric pumpkins I put together- you'll love them!
Start off with making a ball of your fiber fill. Put it in the center of your fabric and then bunch up and gather the corners of the fabric at the top.
Then tie the fabric closed with some string, and cut off the extra fabric. Then begin by wrapping string around the entire pumpkin like this.
This will be what the bottom looks like.
Them take a dry stem, stick, or branch and glue it down covering the string area.
Like this!
You can then use faux leaves, picks, or twine to cover any area you don't love, or to just add some character.
Just glue the leaves on!

Here's an assortment I made for my Fall decor.

Love your idea! Not using a crafty person, but "light bulb moment": if you garden and have left over okra puds, you could cut the stem end off, paint it brown and use it for a stem. Wouldn't that work as well? might have to be replaced after fall use. just thinking.....
