How can I stop squirrels from chewing up my fence and porch posts?
The top of my privacy fence is all chewed up. The post on the front porch has been chewed on at the top and bottom as well.
The only thing I can think of is to put the cords inside conduit, which will protect them.
put baffles on the ends so they cannot get onto wire; cut conduit into 6" pieces split down side slip over wires;give them ears of corn somewhere else in yard so they go there and leave your lights alone
Thanks for the suggestions. I thought of throwing peanuts around but figured they would eat those, invite their friends and go for the wires! Interesting dilemma.
