They usually start blooming in February and stop about now so that is probably why the blooms are dropping.

They will rev loom -- with patience
The right light also effects if it drops blooms.... I had to move mine to another window. To get them blooming again, I put orchid fertilizer in the water and feed it every 2 weeks.
Overwatering can do it, should only be watered when really bone dry
