How do I clean a bird bath?

The bird bath is old and has black garbage in the bottom and up the sides.

I use awesome cleaner, you can get it at dollar tree. and a couple of paper towels, when you spray it on you can watch the what ever your spraying start running off. If it's bad it could take a few times, be sure to rinse well when done.

I would first sprinkle it with baking soda then vinegar. Let it sit a while then use a brush to clean it up and rinse well. If it doesn't all come off, I'd soak it with vinegar (with a few drops of Dawn) for a while. If it's concrete and not crumbly at all, a power washer might help, but be careful using one. I'd first try with a hose and possibly the jet spray setting. Also put it in the sun to dry. The sun will help. I hope this helps you. Wishing you the best.
The "black garbage" is mold. Use vinegar to clean it. Vinegar kills mold spores.
