How do I set the time on a chime clock that is 2 hours behind?

It chimes once on the half hour but it is not correct on the hour. It is level and straight on the wall and started doing this all of a sudden. It has been maintained well through the years with regular cleaning and checkups.

You first have to see what time it’s chiming on. Loosen hands of clock and set to the time it chimes to! Tighten hands and go around to let it chime at each hour until you have it chiming at the correct time it takes some time because you must wait and let each ding or chime complete ! When you get to the correct time it should be fine!
On our chime clock, we can wind the hands themselves to set it or reset it. You might google your clock brand and find out if there is info online. You did not tell us what exactly it is. Also, you mentioned regular cleaning and checkups, those same people should be able to help you set the time correctly even over the phone.
