The old fashioned way! Rub wax on them.

A coat of paste wax on the runners should do the trick! I hope this helps!
Paste wax or rub candles over rails.
Rub the wooden runners with wax...an old candle will work or you can buy a larger amount of wax in the canning section of a store.
Take an old bit of soap and run along the runners, pull the drawer back and forth, adding more if needed.
