Try Restore-A-Finish. Comes in colors to match all woods. You may want to wipe down first with a wood safe cleaner.
Plain old white vinegar. Vinegar kills mold spores.

White vinegar will kill mold spores. You can dilute it to wipe everything down. Also, OdoBan is a good disinfectant that will help with the smell. You may want to also use some Damp Rid products to remove the excess moisture in the air.
If you are talking about fabric, it will be deep in the cushions. If outdoor stuff, I spray with bleach. However, to keep it away inside, you need a de-humidifier. In the weather we have been having, high humidity, ours takes out six to nine gallons a day even with a good central air. If wood, try the other suggestions.
