    Hi Dorothy here's a tutorial: https://www.younghouselove.com/our-little-pre-party-post-patio-project/

In the how to they tacked the privacy fence panels to the outside of the posts but when I did mine I put the panels between the posts. I find it makes for a sturdier fence.

First check zoning and permit requirements. You will need to cement posts to support the panels.

Many cities require the posts to be facing into your property. Please Check your local Zoning Ordinances, they’re typically in the Municipal Code.

You’ll need a post hole digger and some big muscles. An auger rental might be the best bet. The holes will need to be at least 18” deep, depending on your climate & Soils type.

The posts should be embedded in concrete.
