Why would you need a humidifier in your bath? Do you mean a dehumidifier?
there is no ventilation in there so I trying to keep moisture down
You can purchase a dehumidifier or use DampRid products. Consider replacing your light fixture with a fan and adding an exhaust fan, if possible. A small ceiling fan will surprise you how well it will get the damp air moving out of the room.
Is there a window? If so open it. If not, you need to invest in a Dehumidifier.
