spray them off with water. or hand scrap and smash.
Pint of water & a tablespoon of Head & Shoulders (or generic) in a spray bottle, shake, drench leaves...works til the next rain...reapply as necessary. Discovered this while out of anything else & it’s great. If the aphids are really bad you can even gently massage them off & rinse w water spray.
I figured out if it was ok for human heads, it should be ok for plants; one of the ingredients was similar to one of the pesticides that is ok to use “preharvest” on veggies.
