Damp Rid and baking soda inside will help pull the moisture and some of the smell. You can wipe down with white cleaning vinegar. If that doesn't get it, try OdoBan which is a disinfectant and odor eliminator.

Try placing some Bounce sheets in the cabinet and leave it closed up for a while. This method worked for me on an old trunk which had been stored in an outside shed. .
