Caulk and seal all entrances around doors and windows. Spread diatomaceous earth where they traffic, you can also put it on the exterior (it's still effective if wet as long as it's not washed away).
Also, inspect your yard and address any mounds you find. You can pour boiling water, Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, or Sevin Granules on the mound to get rid of them.
