Amaranth aka Jamaican Callaloo
it looks like its from the mint family - opposite leaves with square stem - right?
Rub a leaf with your fingers, if it has a minty odor, it is mint family. There are many different variations, but usually aren't too hard to identify by the mint plus whatever odor, chocolate, pineapple, spearmint, etc. Most of them have pretty much the same look, just different sized.
Its for sure not from mint family, thank you so much though.
