If you’re talking about the code-required safety fence around pools, then you’ll need to use coated metal fencing & gates epoxy bolted into the concrete.
If you want a gazebo type of enclosure, gazebo kits are going on summer clearance now, or you can pay a local designer to calculate and draw a structure that will span your specific pool size and then cover it in the large garage door screen panels from Harbor Freight.
