How do I get rid of fungus on my roses?

commercial and home make "cures" don't seem to work...just keeps on coming back...have reached the point of "gonna pull them out'' which would break my heart but getting to old to fight it.. yea I know there are "cures" on the net but please help me...thanks and hugs..shirley
