Cold water plus detergent. Hand wash to scrub the stains. Don’t put in dryer until your sure stains are out or it will set them forever.

I find blue Dawn dish soap removes many stains. Wet the area pour dish soap on, rub gently, leave for a few minutes and rinse.

I use a product called awesome that I get at the dollar store and it truly is it gets out so many stains but like someone else commented do not put it in the dryer until you make sure the stain is gone

The best detergent I know of to get blood out is Era. It works like a charm, just put some on the stains, let it sit for a while, then wash in cold water. A doctor I know swears by it.

Era is a little bit difficult to find, but it's sold at Amazon and at Walmart.

I make quilts and prick my fingers occasionally and get blood on the fabric. I've found that PEROXIDE takes blood out of almost anything and doesn't bleach out the color of the fabric.
