How do I clean smoke off walls?

I just bought a house and the person that lived there over 20 years smoked every wall and pretty much everything, blinds have to be cleaned of the cigarette smoke . Any help would be much appreciated so that my arms don’t fall off. I have to do this myself.

With sugar soap diluted in spray bottle spray the walls let it sit for 1-3 minutes.
Using a floor steamer place material attachable cloth in a bucket with warm water and bleach 30ml to ever litre of warm water
Place gloves on and ring out the cloth then place on steamer and similar action to vacuuming or painting steam away.
Scrub with TSP. Buy at a hardware store. Wear gloves.
Odo-Ban is a good product for this. I've used it man times, just never on anything as large scale. It is a disinfectant and odor eliminator.
You can scrub the walls with TSP. If you are planning on painting the walls, it might be a good idea to put one coat of Killz on there before putting on your color. This stuff:

Every surface, including ceilings need to be washed, but not scrubbed. Scrubbing incessantly is a waste of time and energy. If you use the correct products, no "scrubbing" necessary. Work room by room to keep the clean rooms from being contaminated by the not yet treated rooms. If there is any carpeting, get it professionally steam cleaned. Don't forget to clean doors, closets, windows, every single surface. TSP or a vinegar water solution will work. It's a big job, but will be well worth it in the end.
