Maybe a lot would. For more info call your local nursery. Why?

Using it straight is okay for things like pruners or sheers. This is all I could find concerning plants.

"Eliminate mildew and fungus from the soil by mixing 1 parts Listerine with 3 parts water and pour it in a spray bottle. Spray it once a week in the area where the plant meets the soil."

And "Cure plant fungus by adding 1 part mouthwash to 3 parts water, add your concoction to a spray bottle and lightly spray your plants."

If there's alcohol in it, I would imagine it could hurt your plants. If you're dumping out a bottle of it everyday into your yard, that's probably an issue. If you're occasionally spitting a mouthful onto your yard in different places, it's probably not the end of the world.
