I just love Halloween and making decor for the holiday! This year, I wanted to make something using materials I had on hand. So, using recycled glass bottles, I made these fun potion bottles for my Halloween decor.

I used some recycle mini liquor bottles, if you don’t have any you can always buy the bottles at the dollar or craft store.

You can also find the labels online, but graphic fairy has a bunch available as well.

You may need to make the labels smaller, because we are using really small bottles! I used some cute labels from graphic fairy, and I cut them all out.

Then, flip them over and brush on some mod podge. I used matte, so it's not too glossy.

Place the label on the bottle...

And push from the center out to avoid any wrinkling in the paper. FYI these do dry quickly and you don’t have a lot of time to play so try to place it properly from the beginning!!

Next embellish the jar with some twine, string, or ribbon to add a little extra character.

You can leave the lids on or take them off both options look great.

And that's all it takes! Here are a few cute ones I made.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial, these are a super easy that anyone can make, even the kids!! See more Gilbert Marketplace
