How about slitting it open like a tarp? Wash it off, let it dry and then roll up for future use. You never know when you may need a surface for a messy project.
You could open it up and leave it in the back of your vehicle, I am always transporting something or another for a project, this protects the bed lining.
As a floor mat in your car/truck.
I would not recommend re-using bags from soil delivery. You don't know what sort of organic content (bacterium, insects, etc.) the residue may contain. If you try to reuse the bags anywhere there is heat and/or moisture, you may just be inviting problems.

You could cover a table and chairs for the winter. You could make a frame for it and use it for a sand pit etc.
