How can I keep patio curtains from blowing in the breeze?

I added weights to the bottom of mine by inserting washers into the bottom loop and securing in place with some super glue.

Clip on curtain weights are also available for this.

I also use a heavy rope as a tieback to keep them secure — has kind of a nautical vibe as well.

Amazon has curtain weights that can be attached to the hem.

Sew or Velcro a channel at the bottom of the curtains. Insert a length of inexpensive pvc pipe. It will stop the billowing in a breeze, yet not so heavy that it will create a strain on the fabric.

Just add some weight to the bottom of the curtains. You could make it temporary or permanent depending your preference.

Hi Lucille. I had the same issue at my old house. What I did was sew a pocket on the bottom of the curtains and inserted little metal plates to act as weights. Good Luck!

You could add some hooks to the side of the wall to hold them back when not closed. When they are closed, you could try adding some weights to the bottom of each panel.
